Mothlight is a free arcade game. There are no accounts, purchases, subscriptions, or ads. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to play the game on devices you own. The game, its art, sound, and code remain the operator's intellectual property.
The world board is an optional public scoreboard. If you join, the nickname you type and your best score are displayed publicly to all players. Nicknames are user content: you own what you type, and you grant us a license to display it on the board. We may remove or reset any nickname or score at our discretion, including anything that is:
Zero tolerance applies to content sexualizing minors; anything of that nature is removed and reported. If a nickname on the board concerns you, email us and we will review it.
Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer the scoreboard service, or submit falsified scores. We rate limit and validate submissions and may block abusive traffic.
We may remove entries or block access to the world board at any time to protect the service or its players. You can stop using the game at any time; deleting the app removes all local data, and you may request removal of your board entry (see the Privacy Policy).
Mothlight is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind. The world board may change, pause, or shut down. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising out of the game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your violation of these terms, including the content of a nickname you submit.
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the world board after a change means you accept it.
